Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict no-cancellation policy. Any order placed with us may be canceled only if it is not possible for us to provide the service. In such cases, a refund will be allowed to the customer after deducting internet and handling charges (approximately Rs. 300/-).

Note: Non-delivery of services due to deficiencies in the document or non-provision of OTP (One Time Password) or any other client-related issue that makes service delivery impossible from our end will not be considered our failure, and no refund will be available in such cases.

Refund Policy

We adhere to a no-refund policy. However, if a customer makes a written request to cancel their order within 4 hours from the time of payment or processing of their application, our company officials will evaluate the request and decide on the refund amount, which cannot exceed 50.00% of the amount paid by the customer.

It is explicitly provided that any refund requests made after 4 hours of payment or after processing the application, whichever is earlier, will not be considered for a refund. The refund decision made by our company will be final and binding on the customer.
